Anastasia Zakolyukina is a financial economist who studies deception, non-disclosure, and fraud; individual traits of corporate executives; opportunistic reporting discretion and its interaction with firms’ investment choices using structural models, natural language processing, and machine learning.
She is an Associate Professor at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In summer 2025, she will be joining the Bert W. Wasserman Department of Economics & Finance in Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business as an Assistant Professor of Finance.
